TERMS and CONDITIONS download
The following items are excluded from the price unless stated:
- Pool Heating : $30 per night
- Internet Access: $30 per period
- Welcome Grocery Pack $65
- BBQ: $75 per week
- Extra Cleaning: $100
- Booking Deposit: GB £100 US $200 per week booked
- Security Deposit: GB £150 / US $250
- Balance and Security deposit due: 8 weeks prior to departure
- Minimum period 4 nights
- Max party size of 8 for above, additional rates for larger parties.
